The single-column palletizer, designed for post-production palletizing in various industries, adopts a 4-axis servo-driven structure (lifting, translation, main & gripper rotation shafts) controlled by a motion controller. It supports 290° rotation for dual-pallet simultaneous stacking, matching robot performance. Compatible with diverse products/pallet types, it works standalone or with automatic stackers/conveyors to form a full-auto system. Handheld teach pendant-enabled, it cuts labor needs and intensity significantly. A single standardized unit seamlessly handles cartons, shrink-wrapped packs, and heavy industrial woven bags.
