Shrink Wrapper
Energy saving machine for fully automatic shrink wrapping of trays with speed up to 15 cartons/minute (for carton of electrode, 5x1 configuration). The cartons arrive in a single lane and are indicated and separated from eventual queue before the film wrapping. The shrink film is wrapped around the pack, top support activated and the film is welded and cut off before transfer to the shrink tunnel. The heat shrinks the film so tight pack is achieved before pack is fed out.

Machine Configuration Of:
- 1. Heavy duty construction in painted steel frame. Designed for easy access and minimum maintenance.
- 2. Infeed conveyor with adjustable guide rails and product indication and speed separation of products via frequency controlled belt conveyors.
- 3. The angled welding frame restricts the film usage to a minimum in that the sealing takes place close to the packaging, which ensures low film costs.
- 4. Thermistor controlled laminate jaw and top jaw with pneumatically operated cutting blade, which does not release welding fumes.
- 5. The bottom haw is retractable and prevents dirt and film waste sticking, which increases operational reliability. Top support over welding position.
- 6. Cooling fan at the end of shrink tunnel. Motor driven film feed system with automatic control of the feed speed.

Case Packer

- 1. The machine has a gravity magazine where the operator loads the blanks, with no stoppage necessary to refill the magazine.
- 2. Case blank is taken by vacuum suction cups from the magazine pick position and is operated so that it is retained by the conveyor flights.
Once the case has been erected, the flighted conveyor indexes through to the load station. - 3. There is a product preparation area in front of the loading station where the formated products in the correct collation to be loaded.
- 4. The side load cylinder pushes the product group into the open case, When a sensor detects that the pusher plate has been withdrawn the flighted conveyor indexes to the next position.
- 5. The loaded case has its flaps folded and glued.
- 6. The next case is withdrawn from the magazine and the previously glued case is moved into the loading position, so that the sequence may be repeated.
